Terms and conditions
The price found online must be lower than that of your booking on alto-hotels.com.
The offer found needs the following conditions:
Same property.
Same tune-in and out dates.
Same general conditions such as cancellation, payment, and taxes on the same number of guests.
Same currency.
It must be available online.
The following rates will not be applicable:
Special rates for groups, companies, employees, government, or any other personalized offer.
Offline rates.
Package rates.
Discounted rates for extending a stay.
Negotiated rates for a stay extending 30 nights.
Make sure the offer you find is not offering:
Average daily rate.
Price with taxes not included (indicated by ‘++’ sign after the price).
Before you submit your form:
You have (fully) completed a direct booking.
Your booking is through alto-hotels.com.
You submit your claim via email within 24 hours of your booking.
The terms and conditions are met.
You add as many details as possible in the form.
