Staying guests can tune in at 2:30 pm. If we can accommodate an earlier tune-in, we will.

Tune-out is at 12 pm (noon). If we can accommodate a late tune-out, we will.

Breakfast is served from 8:30 am–11 am.

Is the water safe to drink?

Yes, the water at ALTO Cabins is safe to drink. We gather our water from a natural mountain spring, ensuring it is fresh, pure, and rich in minerals. The pristine source, filtered through layers of mountain rock, provides our guests with clean and refreshing water straight from the heart of nature.

Can I bring in a special bottle of wine? Is there a corkage fee?

You certainly can! There is a corkage fee of 500 KGS for wine and champagne bottles. Unfortunately, no outside liquor (vodka, gin) is permitted.

Do you allow birthday balloons or other decorations?

We’re happy to help you celebrate, but decorations aren’t allowed.
